James was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the IDTA in 2024. He previously held the position of Director of Examinations for the Royal Academy of Dance.
Jo became a member of the Board of Directors in 2017 and has held a position ever since. She is also an IDTA Fellow and Examiner, as well as being a member of the Ballet Faculty. She was elected IDTA President for 2025.
Katharine has recently accepted the role Interim Operations Manager due to the departure from the IDTA of the previous Chief Operations Officer.
Lynn is an IDTA examiner and a Faculty Member for both Ballroom and Latin American. She has been on the Board of Directors for several years and was named President Elect for 2025.
